Please be aware that initiating a chargeback or independent payment cancellation will automatically deactivate your account.

This may result in a negative Gem balance, withheld orders, and canceled prizes until the balance is resolved.

If a chargeback is later canceled, your Gem balance will not be restored automatically and will require manual review by our support team.
