Please note that whenever you cancel a Gem purchase, those Gems will be automatically deducted from your account after the payment gateway notifies our services of this action is confirmed.
Also, canceling the chargeback will not automatically restore your Gem balance and will need manual assistance from our support team.
As such we highly recommend contacting our support team first if any issues arise with purchases. If the case is closed on the side of the payment provider then it will also be considered completely closed on Tokyo Catch and no Gems will not be returned.
If your Gem balance becomes negative, any pending orders will be withheld.
