Don’t worry just yet! In some cases, the prize confirmation process is done manually. This process is usually done within an hour of the prize being won, however may take more time depending on the staff availability.
If you don’t see the prize in your cart after a long time then please send a “Prize Confirmation Request” via the “Dispute Results” button on the winning replay page.
All of your replays will be available in your “Game History” page.
