If your order has already been dispatched, an email with an international tracking code should have been automatically sent to your registered email address. You can use this tracking code to keep track of the status of your order and, if needed, contact the relevant postal service.

Once the order has been shipped from Japan, kindly note that we will no longer be held accountable for it. Hence, please make sure to always track your order's status via the tracking code and contact your local postal services with any inquires.

There may be cases where the order is returned to us due to a number of factors such as: unknown address, refusal by the addressee, addressee was absent for an extended period of time, etc.

Once the order has been re-received by our team, it is possible to be reshipped. In such cases, please be sure to contact our support team and fill out the relevant order reference form in order to have it shipped to you again.


Please keep in mind that unfortunately free shipping cannot be used to cover the shipping fees for returned orders and will instead require Gems.

*The reshipment of returned prizes will be limited to a period of 14 days during which the customer will contact the Tokyo catch if no contact has been made by the customer. After this period, if no reshipment request is made, all prizes will be forfeited to TokyoCatch.
