Unfortunately, due to certain regulations there are some prizes that may be unavailable for international shipping. The machines that feature these kinds of prizes will not be available for you to play if you have registered with a non-Japanese address.
There are, however, some rare cases when some players end up being able to view those prizes. If you accidentally win such prizes that is unavailable to be shipped to you, then we kindly ask you to contact our support team via the “Contact Form” at which point we will delete the prize from your cart and refund all the plays you spent to win the prize.
Please keep in mind that there are some rare cases where a variation of the prize may be shown as unavailable for international shipping. In these cases please contact our support team so we can correct this error as soon as possible and make the item available for international shipping again.
