We take great care in packing and checking each prize before shipping, but unexpected issues can sometimes occur during transit.

If your prize arrives damaged or an item is missing, please follow the steps below so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

1. Record an unboxing video
Before opening the package, please take a clear video showing:
  • All sides of the box
  • The full unboxing process
  • The condition of all items inside

2. Provide your Order Number 
Include your order number (e.g. TC20XX-X2X4-XX) when contacting us so we can locate your shipment immediately.
