“Assist” is a feature that lets you request help when a prize becomes stuck or moves into an unreachable position.
After 20 consecutive plays, an Assist pop-up will automatically appear. Just click the prompt to request assistance.
Once called, your waiting time will extend to 5 minutes, and our staff will inspect the machine.
Please wait until you see “Assist Complete” before using the controls again.
Please note:
- Assist is not available for 3-claw machines.
- Assist does not guarantee a win; our staff will only help to reposition the prize into an easier position.
- All adjustments are at our staff’s discretion.
- After your 20th play, Assist becomes available again every 5 plays (25th, 30th, 35th, etc.)
