“Assist” is a feature that lets you request staff support when a prize becomes stuck or moves into an unplayable position.
After 20 consecutive plays, an Assist pop-up will automatically appear. Simply tap the prompt to request assistance.
Once Assist is called, your waiting time will extend to 5 minutes while our staff checks the machine.
Please wait until you see “Assist Complete” before using the controls again.
Important Notes About Assist
What Assist is for:
Adjusting a prize so it remains playable
Preventing a prize from becoming stuck or causing further issues
What Assist is not for:
Forcing a win
Guaranteeing a specific outcome
Overriding normal gameplay mechanics
Additional details:
• Assist is not available for 3-claw machines
• All adjustments are made at staff discretion
• Assist does not guarantee a win
• After your 20th play, Assist becomes available again every 5 plays (25th, 30th, 35th, etc.)
• Leaving a play session resets Assist progress
