Starting July 1, 2026, shipments to EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties and handling fees imposed by local customs authorities and postal services.

Based on current information, customers may be charged for their orders, although the exact amount may vary depending on the shipment contents, quantity of items, and local regulations.

Examples:

• Non-food items: figures, plushies, and miscellaneous goods

• Food items: Dagashi BOX, KitKat, and other snacks

To help minimize potential customs charges, customers may wish to place food items and non-food items in separate orders when possible.

Combining food and non-food items within the same order may result in additional customs classification requirements, which could increase the customs duties applied by local authorities.
